Change billing interval

You can change your billing interval at any time and choose between monthly or yearly payments.

When you switch, the new billing interval will only take effect after your current subscription period ends.

Example

If your monthly plan is active until June 29, 2025, and you switch to yearly billing, the yearly payment will be charged starting from June 30, 2025. Your next yearly payment would then only be due in June 30, 2026.

The same applies if you move from yearly to monthly — your current plan runs until the end date, and the new interval begins right after.

This ensures you always get the full value of the subscription you already paid for before the new billing interval starts.

To update your interval:

1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.

2. Select Payment under Administration.
3. In the Licenses section, click the three dots.
4. Select Change interval.

5. In the next window, choose your preferred billing interval (Monthly or Yearly).
