Hybrid meetings, sorted: when several people share one room and one device, you can now set the meeting to Hybrid so Sally tells their voices apart and gives each person their own name, instead of one shared room name 🚀

Until now, everyone in the room reached the transcript under a single name, because the room is one participant in the meeting. Now you choose Hybrid, several people share a room on the appointment. Sally then separates the voices from the room, so the summary and the quotes land with the right person.

• You set it: on the appointment, choose Hybrid, several people share a room so Sally always separates the voices from the room
• A name for each person: the voices from the room get their own names where Sally can, and the rest stays as Speaker 1, Speaker 2 for you to assign in the transcript
• Automatic is available: Sally can also detect a hybrid meeting on her own, but detection is not guaranteed, so we recommend choosing it yourself when you know the room is shared
• Per meeting or series: pick it for a single appointment or the whole series
