Sally now syncs Microsoft 365 room calendars. 🏢

You can now connect Microsoft 365 Rooms to Sally and have appointments booked in your meeting rooms appear directly in the platform, just like personal calendar events.

🚀 What's new?​

With the new Microsoft 365 Rooms integration, Sally automatically picks up meetings scheduled in your room mailboxes:

  • Connect room mailboxes: via a one-time admin consent for the Sally app in your Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Pick the right rooms: choose up to 5 rooms per connection from your tenant's Places Directory
  • Capture hybrid meetings: Sally also joins meetings where no Sally user is invited, as long as the room is booked
  • Real-time updates: changes and cancellations are propagated via Microsoft Graph webhooks within seconds
  • Read-only: Sally never writes back into your room calendars
