April 17, 2026 - Manage User Integrations
Integration governance, centralized. ๐ก๏ธ
As an Owner or Admin, you can now decide which integrations your users are allowed to connect in Sally, straight from the settings. New connections to blocked tools are prevented, existing ones are paused without being deleted.
๐ What's new?โ
A new Manage integrations for users panel lets you flip a toggle per integration to enable or disable it for your entire organization. By default every integration stays available, so nothing changes unless you decide to restrict something.
- Search the list to find a specific integration fast.
- Toggle on or off per integration โ changes apply organization-wide immediately.
- Existing user setups are preserved, so you don't lose configuration when you pause a tool.
How it worksโ
- Go to Settings > Integrations (under Configuration).
- Click Manage integrations for users in the top-right corner.
- Use the toggle next to each integration to enable or disable it for your organization.
Why it mattersโ
Integrations touch external systems, often with sensitive data. You now have a single place to enforce your company's policy on third-party tools, data governance, and compliance, without asking users to manually disconnect anything.
Disable an integration temporarily for a security review and re-enable it later: previously connected users pick up where they left off automatically. During the pause, new connections are blocked, automations tied to that integration stop running, and existing connections can only be disconnected by the user.
