Verify your domain once, onboard every colleague automatically. 🛡️

You can now prove ownership of your company domain in Sally with a single DNS TXT record. Once a domain is verified, Auto-Join routes every new sign-up on that domain straight into your existing organization, instead of creating an isolated mini-account.

🚀 What's new?

• Domain ownership check: Sally generates a TXT record. You add it once to your DNS provider, click Verify, and the domain is confirmed.
• Auto-Join: once verified, any new Sally account created with an email on that domain (for example jane.doe@yourcompany.com) is automatically attached to your existing organization.
• No more fragmented organizations: team members who sign up on their own land in the right workspace from day one, with the correct plan, settings, and license pool.
• Multiple domains supported: verify as many domains as you need, including secondary or country-specific domains.

Why it matters

Larger teams often end up with parallel Sally organizations because employees sign up before an admin gets a chance to invite them. Domain validation stops that at the source: ownership is proven once, and every future sign-up is routed correctly without manual invitations.
