Customize Sally's Appearance

By default, Sally joins your meetings with a standard background image.

To make the meeting assistant blend in better with your company’s identity, you can upload your own image and adapt Sally’s look to your branding.

This helps you create a professional and consistent impression for all participants.

How to change Sally’s appearance​

  1. Open Settings in the left sidebar.

Go to Settings

  1. Select "Meeting Assistant" and scroll down to the "Bot settings" section.
  2. Open "Appearance".
  3. Select "Individual" and click "Upload Background Image".

  1. Click "Upload File" and choose your file.
Recommended image settings
  • Recommended resolution: 1920×1080 px
  • Aspect ratio: 16:9
  • Recommended file size: Under 10 MB

It may take up to 15 minutes for the changes to take effect. Ongoing meetings remain unaffected.
