Connect Calendar
By connecting your calendar to Sally, you can manage your appointments directly from the platform. This allows you to:
- See all your upcoming meetings all in one place
- Add Sally to meetings automatically (no need to invite her manually each time)
- Control in which meetings Sally joins
Once your calendar is connected, Sally can automatically join your meetings for recording and transcription. If you prefer, you can also limit participation to specific meetings through the platform settings.
How to connect your calendar
- Click Settings in the main menu.

- Go to the Integrations section.

- Under the Calendar tab, click + Add Calendar.
- Select your calendar provider: Google Calendar, Outlook Exchange Online, or Outlook Exchange On-Premise.

Sign in to your calendar account and confirm the access permissions.

Once the integration is complete, you can find all your appointments in the Appointments tab. (If the appointments do not appear immediately, try restarting the platform.)

For Sally to join and transcribe your meetings, you need to grant all requested permissions during the sign-in process.
