How to Manage Integration Availability for Users in Sally AI

As an Owner or Admin, you can centrally control which integrations users in your organization are allowed to use in Sally. This gives you oversight and helps enforce your company's policies around third-party tools, data governance, and compliance.

By default, every integration is available to all users. When you disable one, users can no longer create new connections to that tool. Existing connections remain visible in the user view but are no longer used for automations or data access — users can only disconnect them.

2. What happens when an integration is disabled?

When you disable an integration for your organization, the following applies:

  • New connections are blocked. Users can no longer connect their accounts to the disabled integration.
  • Existing connections stay visible in the user's personal integrations view, but they are no longer used for automations, rules, or data access.
  • Users can only disconnect existing connections. They cannot reconnect or use them until you re-enable the integration.
  • Automations and rules that depend on the disabled integration stop executing until access is restored.

This makes it safe to disable an integration temporarily (for example during a security review) without losing the user's existing setup. Re-enabling the integration automatically restores full functionality for all previously connected users.
