Protect your Sally account with an extra layer of security. 🔐

Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) to require a one-time code from an authenticator app every time you sign in.

🚀 What's new?​

You can now set up multi-factor authentication for your Sally account. After entering your password, you will be prompted to provide a 6-digit code from your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator).

How it works​

  1. Go to Settings > My Account > Security
  2. Click "Add new device" in the MFA section
  3. Verify your identity via email
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  5. Enter the 6-digit code to activate MFA

From then on, every login requires both your password and a code from your app.

Why it matters​

Passwords alone can be compromised. MFA ensures that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without your authenticator device. This is especially important for accounts that handle sensitive meeting data.
