New: Personalize Your Meeting Summaries

We’ve just released a new feature that gives you full control over how your meeting summaries are generated. Instead of receiving a one-size-fits-all recap, you can now fine-tune exactly what Sally should capture — and what should be left out.

What’s new?

With Summary Personalization, you can adjust three key areas:

1. Small Talk

Not every team needs chit-chat in their recap. You can now choose whether Sally should keep casual conversation - like warm-ups, greetings, or personal side comments - or remove it entirely so the summary focuses only on the core business discussion.

2. Personal Topics

If personal matters occasionally come up in meetings, you now have control over whether they should appear in the summary. Enable this if these topics are relevant to your work context; disable it if you want strictly professional documentation.

3. Role & Work Style Influence

Sally can adapt summaries based on your typical tasks, priorities, and industry. You can now set how strongly this “context layer” should shape the recap.

  • A lower influence means a neutral, straightforward summary.
  • A higher influence means Sally highlights details that match your role and filters out information that’s usually not relevant to you.

Why it matters

Every workflow is different. Some users want a clean, factual recap. Others rely on relational context or industry-specific nuances. Summary Personalization ensures your recaps feel useful — not overloaded or incomplete.
