1. Meeting Participation

🗓️ 1.1. November 2025

  • Sally becomes a real Microsoft account within meetings.
This allows Sally to join meetings as an actual participant instead of a guest link, making the setup smoother and more secure. It also improves compatibility with Outlook invites and Microsoft Teams features.

🗓️ 1.2. December 2026

  • Pause and resume via chat command - controllable through /start and /stop.
This gives users direct control during meetings without leaving the chat. If sensitive topics come up, you can pause transcription instantly and resume when ready.

🗓️ 1.3. January 2026

  • GDPR Update:
    • GDPR information can optionally be sent to participants before the meeting via email.
    • Participants can choose to deny Sally’s participation if they wish.
This feature increases transparency and control, making compliance easier for teams who regularly meet with external guests.

2. Transcription

🗓️ 2.1. December 2025 / January 2026

  • New enhanced transcription model for the German language.
A major improvement in speaker recognition and transcription accuracy. It better handles overlaps, accents, and natural conversation flow - especially useful in larger team meetings or workshops.

3. Summaries

🗓️ 3.1. November 2025

  • New summary format.
Instead of simple “key facts”, Sally now organizes meeting outcomes by topics, making summaries more readable and structured.

The “Next Steps” section is removed - tasks will later be generated directly from integrations.

Plus, in-meeting chat functionality allows you to interact with Sally during the conversation for clarifications or instant recaps.

🗓️ 3.2. December 2025

  • Global search across all meetings.
Find information across all your transcripts and summaries — like a knowledge base for your meetings.

  • Cross-meeting questions and prompting.
Chat and search are merged into one interface: you can ask questions like “What did we decide about pricing last month?” and get a summarized answer based on all relevant meetings.

  • Meeting folders with integrated chat.
Group related meetings (e.g. by project or client) and continue discussions directly within that folder. This helps teams keep context across multiple sessions.

4. Integrations & Automations

🗓️ 4.1. November - December 2025

  • Monday.com integration.
Automatically sync meeting tasks into Monday boards, ensuring smoother follow-up after calls.
  • Notion integration.
Send summaries or transcripts to your Notion workspace for easy documentation and collaboration.

🗓️ 4.2. January - Febuary 2026

  • Apple Calendar integration.
Lets Sally recognize and summarize meetings from your Apple calendar, even if they’re not in Microsoft Teams.
  • Pipedrive integration.
Perfect for sales teams — link Sally meeting notes directly to customer records.
  • Slack integration.
Get meeting recaps and highlights delivered directly to Slack channels.

5. App

🗓️ 5.1. February 2026

  • Expansion of the mobile app with task management features.
Create, edit, and track tasks right from the Sally app. This connects meeting outcomes with daily to-dos and makes it easier to act on what was discussed.

6. Administration

6.1. February - March 2026

  • Extended user roles and permissions.
Define who can access transcripts, summaries, or settings — essential for larger teams with multiple departments.
  • Introduction of groups for categorization and access control.
Makes it easier to manage users and organize meetings within teams, clients, or projects.

7. Other

🗓️ 7.1. April 2026

  • Release of the public Sally API for users and partners.
Allows developers and companies to integrate Sally’s transcription and summary features into their own tools - opening new automation and customization possibilities.
