Coming soon: The new meeting summary 🚀
More clarity. More collaboration. More insight.
Our meeting summaries are about to get a major update - focused on clarity, teamwork, and user experience.
Here’s your first look at what’s coming:
🆕 1. New meeting view design
The entire interface has been redesigned: more modern, clearer, and focused on content rather than interface elements. Meetings now feel easier to navigate – from the overview to the transcript.

🗂️ 2. “Key Points” become “Topics”
Instead of isolated bullet points, you now see thematically structured sections. This makes it much easier to follow discussions, decisions, and tasks in a more organized way.
❌ 3. Removal of “Next Steps”
We’ve removed the separate “Next Steps” section to avoid duplication with task lists. Decisions and tasks are now directly integrated into connected tools. If you still want to document concrete follow-ups, you can of course continue to do so via meeting types or custom insights.
✏️ 4. Inline editing for the entire summary
You can now edit content directly within the document - no need to open a separate editing window. This makes it much faster to correct or add notes after the meeting.

🤝 5. Collaborative editing for transcripts and summaries
From now on, a single unified transcript and summary will be created per meeting - instead of individual versions for each participant. Teams can edit these collaboratively, with language-specific options.
All changes are synced instantly for everyone, eliminating misunderstandings and version mismatches. The result: a shared, consistent meeting record everyone can rely on.
💬 6. Chat function in the meeting view
After the meeting, you can now ask Sally questions directly within the summary view. Sally uses the transcript and the generated summary to provide targeted answers – no need to search or scroll through notes.
🌍 7. Translation feature for transcripts
Transcripts can now be translated with a single click – perfect for international teams.
🗣️ 8. Translation feature for summaries
Entire summaries can also be made available in multiple languages – a feature especially useful for global organizations.
