How to search for meetings, recordings, and summaries

Sally makes it easy to find past meetings and their summaries. You can either search across all your meetings with the search bar at the top or go to your recordings for quick access to existing summaries.

  1. Enter a search term in the search bar at the top and start the search with Enter or the arrow. Sally searches through all your meetings, not just titles. You can search for meeting names, topics, specific phrases, or even ask a question.

Example

You search for "What was discussed about the new pricing model?" Sally finds all meetings where this topic came up and shows you a summary of the key points, decisions, and next steps right away, without you having to open each meeting individually.

  1. (Optional) Click Filter in the top right corner of the search window to narrow down your results:
  • Sorting: sort by Relevance, Newest, or Oldest.
  • Participants: filter by a specific person, using their name or email address.
  • Date range: use the two date fields to limit the results to a period.
  • Search the subject only: search the titles of the appointments instead of all content.
  • Only appointments with a recording: show only appointments that have a recording.
