September 30, 2026: Sally pauses herself in recurring meetings where nobody lets her in

Sally no longer waits in the lobby of the same recurring meeting week after week. If nobody admits her from the waiting room three times in a row, she pauses herself for that series.

Until now, Sally kept joining every appointment of a series, even if nobody had let her in for weeks. The pause only stops her from joining, your recording settings for these appointments stay as they are.

What's new?

  • Pause after three attempts: once Sally was not let in three times in a row, she stops joining that series. Two failed attempts in a row do not pause anything, and the count starts over as soon as she is let in once
  • Visible in the calendar: the future appointments of the series show that Sally is paused for this series. The menu on Sally's attendance chip tells you why and lists the three appointments where she was not let in
  • Easy to bring back: in the menu on her chip, you can schedule Sally again for the whole series, which lifts the pause, or add her to this one appointment only, which leaves the pause in place for the others
