Teams and Zoom setup
Some meetings only admit signed-in participants. So that Sally gets in, you give it an account of its own, once. This is an admin task and only needs doing a single time.
Give Sally a Microsoft Teams account so it can join meetings that require signed-in participants.
Give Sally a dedicated Zoom account so it joins reliably despite Zoom's bot detection.
Controlling the bot
Check the invitation status to see who accepted, declined, or has not responded yet.
