Data Retention & Deletion
You stay in control of your data at all times. Sally AI stores data only for as long as you want it to. You can set up automatic deletion rules, delete any data manually whenever you choose, and nothing is ever kept beyond your instructions. By default, data is retained only as long as needed for the agreed purposes, and everything is deleted within 30 days after the contract ends.

Audio pipeline artifacts and other transient data are automatically deleted after transcript creation, unless you have enabled recording storage.
Deletion or return within 30 days, with written confirmation as specified in the DPA.
