What each certification means for you
Our certification is not a single isolated audit. It covers the full scope of what we do: the provision of the AI-based meeting assistant Sally (transcription, analysis, and summarisation), including operation, maintenance, support, and integrations, as well as our consulting and development work around Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. The three standards are operated as one integrated management system and audited together by an independent certification body.
ISO 27001:2022 – Information security
ISO 27001 is the leading international standard for information security management. For a product that processes meeting content, this is the certification that matters most, and we treat it that way. We maintain a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS) with structured risk assessment, defined security controls, access management, and regular internal reviews. Certification means an independent body has verified that our security is systematically managed and continuously monitored, not just claimed. This is the backbone behind our data masking, encryption, and access controls.
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental management
ISO 14001 certifies that we run a structured environmental management system. We chose to pursue this because sustainability is a genuine commitment for us, not an afterthought. In practice this means we assess the environmental impact of how we develop and operate Sally, including our hosting and infrastructure choices, set measurable objectives, and improve year over year. When you work with Sally, you work with a provider that takes responsibility for its ecological footprint.

ISO 9001 is the world's most widely recognised quality management standard. For you it translates into predictability: clearly defined, repeatable processes across development, operation, and support, so that the quality of our service does not depend on who happens to be on shift. We measure, document, and continuously improve our processes, and stand behind that commitment with an external audit rather than internal assurances alone.
