Personal data never leaves the European Union. - **ISO certified**: Independently certified to ISO 27001:2022 (information security), ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management), and ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) as an integrated management system. - **Data masking before AI**: All personal data (names, emails, identifiers) is masked and replaced with anonymized placeholders before any content reaches a large language model. Original data is restored only inside Sally AI's own secure infrastructure. - **No AI training on customer data**: Customer data is never used to train or improve language models, guaranteed contractually and technically. - **EU AI Act compliant**: Classified as Limited Risk under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, with transparency notices in meetings. - **AI processing in the EU**: Uses EU-region Azure OpenAI today; a Bring Your Own LLM option and on-premises storage are available. **From end of August 2026, Sally launches its own large language model in production, replacing Azure OpenAI — Sally then runs fully independent of any external AI provider, with every step of inference happening inside Sally's own infrastructure.** - **Additional compliance**: SOC 2 aligned, DORA compliant, and compliant with professional secrecy requirements under German § 203 StGB. - **Breach notification** within 24 hours; **data deletion** within 30 days after contract end. - **MCP for external AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Langdock, OpenHands)**: Sally can be connected to external AI tools via the Model Context Protocol.
